Ok, so this debate has been going on in Shakopee for some time now, but the Daily Show finally did something funny, and by odd chance, it's about Shakopee.
In other news, Ava graduated from Tots 2 swimming and is moving on to Tots 3! I know...impressive. Tots 3 are on Tuesday's, so if you ever want to come out and watch (they are 1/2 hour long), there is plenty of room for 'guests'!
Ava has also graduated to a 'big girl' bed. So far so good...she's done very well with it and loves being able to get in and out on her own. Here she is showing off the first day...

Wow, the first to respond...must be a testament to how many viewers your losing. Better update a bit more. First, YEAH AVA - two big feats. What a big girl! And Second, was that really funny? Or was it funny only because you live in(or we are familiar with) Shakopee...would that have been as funny if it had been in, say, Dallas, TX? Just a thought.
Well guess what...it IS about Shakopee, and it IS funny to me...so if you see one about something similar in Dallas, TX, send it my way and I will let you know if it is funny or not.
And yes, I think it would be funny either way. You are just jealous that Maple Grove doesn't have a prison.
I did enjoy the Daily Show bit, but like Mike/Karen said it is really only funny because you live there. Otherwise it would be much like the rest of the Daily show..... lame.
Steve in tots 3 don't they start swimming laps? You better get your butterfly down before the class, otherwise the class is going to make fun of you....and your white, pastey skin! (i love typing ..... because that is the dramatic pause right before a funny comment.)
