Happy New Year! (and bonus Caption Contest!!)

Well, I hope everyone has recovered from whatever form of New Years celebration they decided to partake in. We spent the weekend in Two Harbors, MN just hanging out and eating way too much food, and having beers and cocktails. We managed to get out on the ice fishing for a few hours on Saturday, but the conditions weren't ideal (especially since we packed too much other crap to allow for me to bring up my portable), but it was fun, and we managed to catch a few perch (while Justin sat and drank beer and Jocelyn put in an excellent effort in to make me a wind blocking wall out of snow (the entire inch or so that was on the lake).

Ava went swimming in the pool a couple of times and really enjoyed it, although she seemed to enjoy the hot tub more since it was warm. We brought in the new year...barely. The girls had all dozed off and we woke them up shortly before midnight, about the same time Justin was breaking out in hives or the clap or something on his face and ears.
